  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
